Earlier ,we reported that ace French Investigate Journalist , Guillaume Perrier ,has revealed that he was in Ghana together with Anas Aremeyaw Anas to conduct investigations and Interviews into the murder of Tiger Eye’s team member ,Ahmed Suale . He announced that ,he would be publishing their findings .
In a series of tweet ,he revealed some of their findings ,a core of of it all is that the Ghana police has refused to conduct investigations into the the death of the Journalist .
Some of the tweets are :
I went to Madina, the Accra neighbourhood where Ahmed was shot. I met eye witnesses of the assassination. One of them flew in the North of the country by fear of reprisals. Another one was scared to talk and admitted police came to him and asked him to keep silent.
Eye witnesses clearly recognized the portraits that have been drawn and given to the police investigators. But that did not lead to any arrest. Anas published these portraits of the suspects yesterday.
During my last stay in Accra, I obtained exclusive interview with MP Kennedy Agyapong who had sent threats against Ahmed before his death. I also met Kwesi Nyantakyi, former head of Ghana FA, banned from football for life after #12 investigative documentary.
It’s exactly one year today,16th January,2019, that Ahmed Suale was murdered in cold blood in his car in Madina ,Accra ,but nothing has been heard about investigations to get Justice for the deceased and his family .
