Desmond Kwesi Blackmore popularly known in showbiz as “D-Black” is a Ghanaian hip-hob star and a rapper. He is a music business entrepreneur, producer and multiple award-winning artist from Ghana.
D-Black is the face of his Black Avenue Clothing Line and was the brand ambassador for The Rig Brand of Viva phones in the West Africa Sub Region in 2013.
The rapper is also the owner and CEO of the Club Onyx, a plush night club located in the heart of Accra, Ghana in the upscale Cantonments neighborhood.
In recent times, the news was all over that the rapper has engaged himself in an illegal electrical connection at his lounge.
Black Rasta, who is a musician and also a reggae DJ in an interview on Joy Prime today, had this to say about the rapper,
“D-Black will go about stealing 5000 weight of electricity and still be part of “dumsor” demonstration”
He went on to say that, “The rapper should be made to suffer like any other person because what he did was stealing”
“He should be made to pay threefold, fourfold, fivefold and even tenfold of what he has stolen” said the reggae DJ
Well, there is no evidence yet to prove D-Black engaging in the illegal connection, for now it seems to be alleged.
