Tropical House Cruises to Jamaica: The Reggae Collector’s Edition has enjoyed significant chart success since its official release on the 5th of June 2020.

The compilation album, which was headlined by African Dancehall originator Charles Nii Armah Mensah, popularly known as Shatta Wale, and featured some other big names such as Capleton, Beenie Man, Sizzla, Tommy Lee Sparta, Wayne Wonder, and Don Yute.

The compilation album debuted on charts in Africa, the United Kingdom, the United States, and Qatar. The headliner Shatta wale still receives global attention for being the first African to face a reggae/dancehall album.

The album entered Billboard and pegged number 16 on Billboard World album chart.
Tropical house cruises to Jamaica becomes the longest album from Jamaica to stay on US Reggae Albums Chart, with about 2,972 copies sold. It has been on the chart for 30 weeks.
