Burna Boy created controversy when he argued that apart from the legendary Afro Pop artiste ,Fela Kuti ,no artiste in the History of Nigeria is Better than him .

Adding to this ,he stated that no one paved the way for his upsurge in the music industry claiming he did it on his own will .

This generated a lot of controversy with many arguing that his greatness is as result of sampling of Fella Kuti’s songs .

Some also argued that sampling is not a crime citing Kanye West as a typical sampler that won him Grammys .
