The Jury ,has not still decided ,who the king of African Dancehall is , however , Ghanaians think that for now , Shatta wale is still leading comfortably and sitting on his thrown as the king when it comes Dancehall on the African terrain

The choice ,here , rides on the fact that Shatta Wale’s lyrical prowess puts him above his immediate rival , Stonebwoy on Dancehall genre

The core of the argument rests on the fact that ,the long standing rivalry between Shatta wale highly acclaimed as 1 Don and Stonebwoy highly acclaimed as 1 Gad , who took it a must ,to eulogize these names to begin the music year  for 2021

Charles Nii Armah Mensah ,known in Reggae- Dancehall as Shatta wale delivered a masterful piece of Muisc about three weeks ago ,in this tune , the leader of Shatta movement highly praised himself and called it ‘1 Don’  a name he is Known for recently

The masterpiece from 1Don ignited more argument and , that might have hit Stonebwoy high ,who recently announced and endorsed himself as the ‘GOAT’ of African Dancehall in his art work of his new tune ,1 GAD

Well , Ghanaians moved to digital Streaming platforms ,sat ,and by midnight ,1 Gad was ringing in their ears

The truth , however ,is , Ghanaians have reacted to both songs ,some comments Coming from both camps , especially from Muisc known people , Proves , Shatta wale’s 1 Don has out muscled Stonebwoy’s 1 GAD

Apparently ,like always ,the journey is still long , and the events are still unfolding,the Jury is still waiting ,not yet decided ,can Stonebwoy hit back stronger ?
