Social Media Users have put Achimota School on blast for refusing Admission of Rastafarians but admits white students with equally long hairs

Events of recent weeks have ignited debates whether Rastafarian should be admitted to schools after Rasta boy was rejected at Achimota School

Photos making waves on social media indicate ,the the same school had admitted Caucasians ,thus ,white students with long hairs

From few searches on social media , we identify the following comments

However , Angel Kabonu ,the vice president of National Association of Graduate Teachers said,

“What I gathered was that when Caucascians students cut their hair to the level of black ladies, it makes them look very ugly and it can even affect their looks so Caucasian students are not allowed to cut their hair.There is no rule in the Ghana Education Service concerning Caucasians in Ghana because we are not Caucasians , we are negroes.”
