Video of two young guys slapping each other mercilessly in public has gone Viral

The act was compelled by an unknown soldier who has been described by Netizens as unprofessional

It is not clear the crime of the young guys , however ,from the video ,the two guys can be seen exchanging slaps Under instructions from the military man in public

We cannot tell exactly where the act happened but it is believed to be Ghana
